Your role as a Production Quality Assurance Officer based in Northampton will involve supporting the Quality Assurance related to production to ensure compliance to GMP and GDP standards.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Performing investigations to support CAPA’s, Deviations and Change Controls.
  • Monitoring and recording twice daily production compliance to GMP and GDP by reviewing individual compliance to SOPs, checking completion and accuracy of all production GMP documentation.
  • Recording and performing Production Log Reviews.
  • Recording and performing Data Verification Checks relating to all calibrated production equipment.
  • Liaising and coaching/mentoring Production Technicians in all matters related to quality.
  • Recording and trending any errors or omissions.
  • Recording, checking and confirming twice daily any pre-printed/batch variable data whilst a process is on line and active.
  • Recording and performing random cross checking of IMRN data.

This is a full time permanent job opportunity paying between £20,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience and great benefits.  There is a lot of career development as the company continues to grow.

  • Experience of cGMP and working within a quality management system environment ideally within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Good understating of GMP and GDP and relevant guidelines/updates.
