Now you can give them a helping hand while being rewarded at the same time. As a global recruitment consultancy, we have an excellent offering of the best jobs in our sectors and we provide a placement service to suitably qualified candidates that is second to none.

Our incentive is simple. If you introduce a candidate who is not previously known to Quality Start and we are successful in placing him/her in to a permanent role, after the individual has worked in their role for a minimum of six months we will pay you a minimum of £300. We also have many incentive schemes for referring contractors/temp staff so please contact us with the referral and we can provide you with more information.

All you have to do is call or email us details (name, number, email and current job title) of the person you are recommending for a job along with your contact details (name, number, email and current job title) and we'll do the rest, it couldn't be simpler and everyone's a winner!

Terms and Conditions

• Scheme valid until 31st December 2022.
• This scheme is for new candidates, so for the referral scheme to apply, our database needs to show that the candidate is not registered with us.
• The candidate must be placed by Quality Start in their new role within 6 months of receipt of the referral.
• To receive the £300 payment for a permanent role, the individual needs to have worked in their role for a minimum of 6 months.
• The referral scheme for a contract role is only valid for a minimum of 3 months. To receive the £150 payment for a contract role the individual needs to have worked in their role for a minimum of three months.
• It is your responsibility to declare any referral vouchers/cash received to the relevant tax authority.
