My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Customer Service Coordinator where you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers regarding the medical device products my client manufactures.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Medical device delivery and collection.
  • Technical fault reporting and resource planning for the medical devices.
  • Updating various databases with service related information. 
  • Maintaining service contracts.
  • Processing of parts and pricing requests.
  • Managing device loan pool information.
  • Administration of service related complaints.
  • Responding to and proactively communicating with customers by telephone and e-mail.

This is a full time permanent job opportunity based in Northampton paying an excellent salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum and great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, Pension, Life insurance, Childcare vouchers and much more.
