My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Customer Service Coordinator where you will be managing customer orders for hospitals and homecare patients, manage any customer complaints, but also build strong relationships within the company.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing the processing of customer orders for hospital and home care patients.
  • Managing customer queries and complaints ensuring a win-win solution for the company and the customer.
  • Creating a lateral relationships with other departments to support product distribution.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the department by providing feedback and taking actions to improve.
  • Training of new Customer Service Coordinators.
  • To deputize for Customer Service Supervisor as and when required.
  • Full control of the customer order management, back-order management as well as managing your own accounts.
  • Managing the customer complaint process – receipt through to resolution.

The role will be working on a shift basis.  Week 1 you will work Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm and then the 2nd week you will work Monday to Thursday 10.00 am - 6.00 pm & Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm.  This will rotate on a weekly basis.

This is a full time permanent job opportunity based in Northampton paying an excellent salary of £23,000 - £25,600 per annum and great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, Pension, Life insurance, Childcare vouchers and much more.
