Your role as a Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Pharmacist will involve dispensing prescriptions for specialist therapies for patients at home.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Prescription receipt, clinical screening and intervention where needed.
• Small volume/large volume product order entry.
• Large volume formulation change processing.
• Prescription product order assembly/dispensing.
• Stock receipt and stock control of compounded products.
• Prescription management/tracking.
• Patient compliance and reporting.
• Liaison with external customers and patient advice.
• Delivery scheduling.

This is an approx. 12 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension but everything is dependent on the candidate and the business performance.  The hours of work are Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 6.30 pm.  The PAYE rate is £25.88 per hour.

Skills:  To apply for the role of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Pharmacist you will have the following:

• Pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Good/sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, mainly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Full driving licence and own car.
