My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Supervisor / Manager to manage the day-to-day operations in the Customer Service department. This includes the management of direct reports including performance reviews and development planning, Resource management. Daily operations control and KPI set-up and follow-up.

You will collaborate with all relevant stakeholders such as Planning/ Warehousing/ Sales and Customers to create a reliable, consistent, and positive customer experience. You will provide support to customers in the UKI region by leading a team of 18 direct reports.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • People management – performance and evaluation process management; direct and leading the team.
  • Daily operations control – resource and team performance management.
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts; People, Process, System.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complaint management - root cause and analysis and corrective actions.
  • Escalation management, focal point for the team, internal departments, and customers.
  • Building strong relationships with internal/ external customers.
  • Taking ownership of allocated projects and working in partnership with the Departmental Managers / Supervisors.

This is a full time permanent job opportunity based in Northampton working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (with some flexibility).  There is an excellent salary between £30,000- £35,000 per annum and great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, Pension, Life insurance, Childcare vouchers and much more.
