Opportunity: Are you the Customer Service Coordinator my client is looking for? Do you have experience in dealing with customers or patients directly on the phone? Have you got good IT and administration skills? Looking for a 12 months contract role? If yes then this is the role for you.

My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Coordinator on a 12 months contract where you will be on the phones taking calls from patients.  You will be the first point of contact with homecare patients where you will:

  • Manage the processing of customer orders for homecare patients.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints ensuring a win win solution.
  • Create lateral relationships with other departments to support product distribution.
  • Enhance the reputation of customer services and positively promote the image of the company.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the department by providing feedback and taking actions to improve.
  • Positively contribute to the delivery of service excellence to the customers and patients.

The role will be working on a shift basis.  Week 1 you will work Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm and then the 2nd week you will work Monday to Thursday 10.00 am - 6.00 pm & Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm.  This will rotate on a weekly basis.

This is a 12 months contract job opportunity based in Northampton which the client will review for a possible extension or go permanent but everything is dependent on the individual and business performance.  They are paying an excellent salary of £20,000 - £23,500 per annum and great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, Pension, Life insurance, Childcare vouchers and much more.
